| This email sent to Howard Freeman at SALHOW@EARTHLINK.NET, on March 18, 2006 at 8:53am. No response, I also left multiple 'pages' on Premier Buildings phone, at the same time, no response. After all of my attempts at contacting them, it is very clear at this point that Premier Buildings, Inc. has no intention of completing the work on my property or correcting the things they have done wrong. |
| Howard, This is the condition Premier Buildings has left my property in. I am currently looking at my options with the County and the State, and depending on what they tell me, my attorney, to see what I have to do to force Premier to fulfill it's obligations to our contract or for them to pay another contactor to finish it. I have paid you over $20,000 over a 3 month period and not only do I not have a finished barn, but I do not have the concrete and stalls complete that I have paid for. Premier Buildings has apparently abandoned this project. Unfortunately, with the work left to do, and the trash left behind, it is not as simple as you just walking away. I am going to continue pursuing this via whatever means I have to go to. What you have done to take my money, and leave my property as it is, is inexcusable as far as I'm concerned. In addition to whatever else I do, the photos and description attached will be put on a website, and will be easily found via searches for horses or barn builders in Florida. I will be contacting, via e-mail, your competitors, tack stores and posting on equestrian bulletin boards links to this website, which will have all details and photos of this project. .
