This email sent to Howard Freeman at SALHOW@EARTHLINK.NET, on February 27, 2006 at 9:45pm. No response, Howard nor anyone from Premier came to inspect this work. At some point after the last e-mail, Howard did acknowledge that he got the 'concrete e-mail', and that 'They would take care of everything.' But they hadn't by February, nor by mid March.
Howard,

I've given up trying to call you, but last week , Cindy promised me they would come out Friday and finish our barn. Not surprisingly, we've not seen her.

This 3 stall barn was started in December, and now we are coming to the end of February and still do not have a completed barn. Not only is it not completed, but we have concrete that after my construction friends have seen, have recommended that I should demand be removed and completely repoured. I do not go down that road if I don't have to, but I want to ask you another question, some of the dirt has washed away from under the concrete, and there does not appear to be any Visqueen plastic under it. Was rebar and Visqueen used on this concreted as in our contract? Do you KNOW it was? The 'crew' did not seem to have any idea that a concrete truck was going to show up on the day it did. It had to sit and wait while they had to quickly frame up an area to pour in, so at this point, and I was not there to see, I suspect there was no plastic, and no rebar in the slab. You may want to be sure, as I intend to have this checked.

We we gave you a down payment, you said about two weeks after start of construction, you would be finished. We are not over two months, with still unfinished work to be done.
