Howard,

My wife left you a message last week. I think you need to come out and see the concrete that was poured last Monday for our barn.
I believe it is going to have to be re-poured, but I am no expert.

When the concrete truck arrived, no forms were in place. The crew had to rush to try to get forms up. They were late in to the night working on it, and when they left, 2/3 of the concrete was brushed, 1/3 was left completely unbrushed, unfinished, slick in some areas, raised ridges and areas, and holding water in places.

Really, I believe you need to come out and inspect it. What has been done is completely unacceptable as it currently sits. I think you would be a better judge yourself as to the solution you believe best.

We have not seen the crew back in a week, though that night they promised they would be back early the next morning to finish the concrete properly in better light.

At this stage, they've worked ABOUT 1 day a week, really less I think, and we are 35 days into what was supposed to not take more than 45 days.

You are welcome to come out today, or any day to see the current situation.

Thank you,
David Harper
